Slam celebrates its 40th anniversary: "Ce que le ventre dit & Sorg & Napoléon Maddox as opening act"

Ce que le ventre dit, a brand-new creation combining slam, poetry and electronic music, inspired as much by Kendrick Lamar's rap as by Björk's experimental music. On stage, Lisette Lombé, multi-disciplinary artist, writer and National Poet of Belgium, meets Marc Nammour, rapper, poet and actor, for an intense and contemporary poetic dialogue, both accompanied by Jérôme Boivin on bass, keyboards and machines.
As the opening act, the French-American duo offers a unique acoustic set bringing together Sorg, producer and beatmaker, and Napoleon Maddox, singer, rapper and beatboxer. Collaborating since 2013, they compose and perform music with socially engaged lyrics, giving a voice to the marginalised, driven by imaginative and well-crafted soundscapes blending hip-hop, soul jazz and electro.
