Théâtre : Crazy Hot Boogie Night

To celebrate 20 years of musical encounters, the Beaune Blues Boogie Festival creates a bridge between tradition and modernity by bringing together loyal artists and a new generation of musicians. The Crazy Hot Boogie Night brings together top acts for a true marathon of piano solos and duos with a high-octane rhythm section. American Henri Herbert, a global reference in boogie, blues and an undisputed showman, will cross paths with Katharina Alber, an Austrian artist whose piano playing and singing combine energy and zest for life. Ragtime, Harlem Stride piano and boogie-woogie revisited by Sébastien Troendlé, an exceptional French pianist, will rub shoulders with the spirit of swing and classic jazz revived with freshness by the band Les Silkys. Jean-Pierre Bertrand, pianist and organiser of the BBB Festival, will join Les Silkys to dispense his scorching swing, before a final jam session bringing all the artists together on stage. A unique evening where improvisation and collective energy will thrill the audience until the end of the night!
