Burgundy wine tasting day

The tasting days usually take place on a Saturday. They have been designed to introduce you, glass in hand, to the methodology and practice of wine tasting.

Learn how to look at, smell, and taste white wines, red wines and Crémant de Bourgogne, and how to identify their aromas. Storing wine, serving wine, and food and wine pairings are also covered.

After an enjoyable tasting lunch, the afternoon is dedicated to discovering the terroirs and appellations with a reading of the landscape in the Grands Crus of the Côte de Beaune, followed by a guided tasting focusing on the themes of terroirs and vintages.
By the end of the day, you will feel more confident with a glass of Bourgogne and you will begin to find the right words to talk about the wines and share your impressions.
