The Grands Crus course takes place on a Saturday. A unique half-day for wine lovers from all over the world. Immerse yourself in the exciting world of Bourgogne wines and discover, glass in hand, some legendary Grands Crus appellations of Bourgogne!
Through this wine course, exceptional for its tasting dedicated to the Grands Crus appellations of Bourgogne, the entire history of a region is revealed, from its vineyard plots to the expertise of its winemakers.
This tasting course is open to everyone, although it is recommended for wine enthusiasts who already have some prior knowledge of Bourgogne wines and wine tasting.
Led by an instructor from the Ecole des vins (oenologist or sommelier); educational materials provided; lecture with video projection; tutored tasting of 8 Grands Crus appellations of Bourgogne.
