Les Fondamentales often take place on a Saturday morning.
A half-day introductory session to enter the exciting world of Bourgogne wines and learn, glass in hand, the tasting methodology.
Learn to look at, smell and taste white wines and red wines, and identify their aromas. Wine storage, serving wine, and food and wine pairings are also covered.
By the end of this morning, you will feel more comfortable with a glass of Bourgogne and will begin to find the right words to describe wines and share your impressions.
