On the occasion of the 166th Vente des Vins des Hospices de Beaune, 3 minutes from the historic centre of Beaune, the Cave d'Elisée opens its doors to you for an exceptional experience at the heart of the Grands Vins de Bourgogne.
Come and discover the famous, world-renowned Climats de Bourgogne through a guided, interactive tasting accessible to all.
Our team will introduce you to the secrets of our terroir, the history of our appellations and the stages that shape these exceptional wines.

An exceptional selection crafted by leading wine estates, from regional appellations to Grands Crus, notably including:
15 regional appellations,
20 village appellations,
20 Villages Premiers Crus appellations
