On the occasion of the famous Vente des Vins des Hospices de Beaune, the Vignerons Nuiton-Beaunoy open the doors of their cellar, specially illuminated for the event, and invite you to (re)discover a selection of their Grands Vins de Bourgogne.
Immerse yourself in the world of our winemakers during an exclusive tasting including:
- 4 wines from the new vintage from the barrel
- A prestige selection of 4 wines
- Gourmet bites to enhance each pairing
- Banquet Prestige - Tasting Lunch & Dinner
For several years, our Dîner Prestige has become an unmissable event for lovers of fine wines and refined gastronomy. Every edition sells out.
To allow more enthusiasts to experience this unique occasion, two additional Déjeuners Prestige are on offer this year.
On the menu:
Appetiser - Gougères
Starter - Jellied "oeuf parfait", smoked trout from Veuxhaulles and a trio of yellow, orange and purple carrots
Fish - Fillet of sea bass in pastry crust, autumn vegetable tartare and lemon sauce
Meat - 8h braised heifer chuck steak, bone jus, creamy cumin carrot purée and horn of plenty mushrooms
Cheese - 12-month Comté, Cîteaux, Époisses
Dessert - Coussin bourguignon with Briottet blackcurrant liqueur and blackcurrant compote
