About
On the occasion of the 2026 Vente des Vins des Hospices de Beaune, Millésimes à la Carte invites you to its tasting area in Beaune for an exclusive experience to discover the flagships of our terroirs.
From Chablis to Gevrey-Chambertin, passing through Pouilly-Fuissé, Meursault, Mercurey and Pommard, this tasting invites you on a journey from south to north through the Burgundy vineyards to discover the diversity of its prestigious crus.
For around 1:30, discover six premier crus carefully selected from Burgundy's most iconic appellations. Commentary will cover the history of the estates, the distinct features of each Climat, and the expression of each vintage and of the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grape varieties.
This is a seated tasting offered in small groups of 10 people maximum, encouraging discussion and offering a friendly, personalised experience.
Accessible to all, no prior wine knowledge is required.

Wines and vintages are subject to availability on the date of the tasting. Any out-of-stock wine will be replaced with an equivalent appellation or vintage.
